Wok de chou vert au poulet

This wok is a delicious way to enjoy the freshness of green cabbage combined with the crunch of chicken. It’s an easy and quick dish that can be served as a main course or as a side.

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until it is lightly browned and cooked through. Sprinkle the garlic powder and ginger over the chicken and stir to combine.

Add the cabbage, soy sauce, and onion to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is tender. Serve hot.
