Virginia Ham on Pineapple

This is a classic, simple dish that showcases the sweetness of pineapple and the smokiness of Virginia ham. With just a few ingredients, this dish can be ready in minutes!

  • 2 slices Virginia ham
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into thick slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ham slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Add the pineapple slices to the same skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
