This delicious vegetarian stuffing is made with a mix of dried fruits and nuts, perfect for any special occasion.
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the walnuts, hazelnuts, apricots, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Stir in the melted butter until everything is well combined. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
