Vegan Crepes Recipe, Egg and Dairy Free

This vegan crepe recipe is easy to make and requires no eggs or dairy. Enjoy these delicious crepes for breakfast or dessert!

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the oil and almond milk. Whisk until smooth.

  • Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat.
  • Cook until lightly browned on the bottom, about 1 minute.
  • Flip with a spatula and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with desired toppings.
