- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened. Add the spices and stir to combine.
