- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
