Tajine de poulet aux pruneaux

This delicious chicken tajine with prunes is a traditional Moroccan dish that will bring exotic flavors to your table.

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of saffron threads
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
