Tajine Chicken Vegetables with Candied Lemon and Green Olives

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to the skillet.
  • Cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes per side. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium heat.
