- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup grated white cheese
- 2-3 garden tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-inch tortilla wrap
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, cheese, tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the wrap. Roll up the tortilla wrap from one end to the other and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
