Sauté de Cuisses de Poulet moutardées au saucisson à l’ail

This delicious dish is perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. It combines crisp, tender chicken thighs with spicy sausages and garlic, all flavoured with mustard. For a richer flavour, add some white wine to the pan.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 spicy sausages, chopped into small pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the garlic, sausage pieces, and mustard to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until everything is lightly browned. Add the chicken back to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve the chicken with the sausage and garlic mixture over your favourite side dish.
