- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 spicy sausages, chopped into small pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
