- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken thighs in a large baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together cumin, coriander, garlic powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and pepper.
