Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, diced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the thyme, rosemary, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until lightly browned.
