This roasted chicken and Italian potatoes dish is a classic and easy-to-make meal that packs in flavor. The potatoes are seasoned with rosemary and garlic, then roasted along with the chicken for a delicious one-pan dinner.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
