- 1 Whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken in a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Rub the seasonings into the chicken so that it is evenly coated.
