Rice Salad with Tomatoes, Tuna, Corn, Eggs and Olives

This rice salad is a delicious and healthy dish, full of vegetables and proteins. It is easy to make, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/2 cup of cooked corn
  • 2 boiled eggs, diced
  • 5 olives, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl mix the cooked rice with the tomatoes, tuna, corn, eggs and olives.
  2. Toss everything together until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
