- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 ounces dry rice noodles
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add the soy sauce, black pepper, red chili flakes and ginger. Stir to combine.
Add the rice noodles to the skillet and mix well to combine. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are cooked through.
