Poulet sauce soja

This delicious and easy chicken dish is perfect for a quick dinner. It requires only a few ingredients, and it’s ready in minutes. The sauce is a simple combination of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, which gives the chicken an amazing flavor.


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
