Poulet rôti à l’Extra Crisp

This delicious roast chicken recipe is a great way to add a bit of extra crispness to your dinner. The combination of the butter and the spices gives this dish a lovely flavor, and the roasting method ensures a crispy skin.


  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
  5. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
