Pilons de poulet marinés au yaourt

This easy marinade is a great way to add flavor to chicken. Simply combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and spices for a delicious marinade that can be used with any cut of chicken.

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken drumsticks

In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and stir until they are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the drumsticks on top. Roast for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with your favorite sides.
