Treat your holiday guests to these delicious petits sapins marbrés chocolat et pistache. It’s an easy recipe that is sure to impress!
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pistachios.
Fill each mini muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
