Papillotes de poulet au citron

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and turn to coat.
