Oven-Baked Chicken and Potatoes with Bacon

This delicious oven-baked dish combines chicken, potatoes, and bacon for a hearty meal. The bacon adds a smoky flavor to the dish while the chicken and potatoes provide a healthy balance of proteins and carbohydrates. Serve it as is or with your favorite side dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spread potato mixture around the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
