Midi Plate : Carrots Garlic and Parsley

This delicious midi plate is a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables. It’s easy to make, and the flavorful combination of carrots, garlic and parsley will make it a favorite for everyone.

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the carrots are tender. Serve hot.
