Midday Plate: Chicken

This midday plate of chicken is the perfect comfort food for any day. With tender, juicy chicken and a blend of herbs and spices, this dish is sure to please!

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place chicken on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
