Massalé d’ailes de poulet créole

This classic Caribbean dish is a perfect blend of spicy and sweet. The chicken wings are marinated in a blend of spices, then cooked until they are crispy and golden brown. Serve with a side of rice and vegetables for a complete meal.


  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix until the wings are well coated with the spice mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
