Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix until the wings are well coated with the spice mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
