Marinated Chicken Skewers

This marinated chicken skewer recipe is an easy and delicious way to make a meal for your family. The marinade infuses the chicken with flavor, and grilling them makes them even more delicious. Serve these skewers with your favorite side dish for a complete meal.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes before using

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, thyme and black pepper. Place the chicken cubes in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers and discard any remaining marinade. Grill the skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through.

Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
