- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes before using
