Macédoine de légumes au fenouil et mayonnaise au citron

  • 1 fennel bulb, sliced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the fennel, carrots, and bell peppers.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the vegetables and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving for best results.
