Hot, hot, hot ! – Noodles with Spicy Oil and Wok-fried Vegetables

This spicy noodle dish is a perfect meal for those who love a kick of heat. It’s quick and easy to make too, so why not try it out today?

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chilli oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chilli, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200g of egg noodles
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • ½ a red pepper, sliced

Heat up the sesame and chilli oils in a wok until they are hot. Then add the garlic and chilli, and fry for 1 minute. Next add the sugar and salt, stirring them into the mixture. Add the noodles and fry them until they are cooked through.

Add the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking. Serve with extra chilli oil if desired.
