- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of chilli oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chilli, diced
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 200g of egg noodles
- 2 carrots, chopped
- ½ a red pepper, sliced
Heat up the sesame and chilli oils in a wok until they are hot. Then add the garlic and chilli, and fry for 1 minute. Next add the sugar and salt, stirring them into the mixture. Add the noodles and fry them until they are cooked through.
Add the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking. Serve with extra chilli oil if desired.
