These honey and soy chicken wings are a delicious and easy to make appetizer. The sweet and salty marinade gives the chicken wings a delicious flavor, while the honey adds a touch of sweetness.
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Add the chicken wings and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
