Honey and Soy Chicken Wings

These honey and soy chicken wings are a delicious and easy to make appetizer. The sweet and salty marinade gives the chicken wings a delicious flavor, while the honey adds a touch of sweetness.


  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Add the chicken wings and stir until they are evenly coated.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  4. Arrange the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve hot.
