- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers. Grill on preheated grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
