This gratin of potato, chicken and Paris mushrooms is a delicious dish that will please the whole family! It’s easy to prepare and takes little time.
- 4 potatoes
- 3 chicken breasts
- 200g of sliced Paris mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1/4 liter of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Place them in a buttered dish. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and add them to the dish with the mushrooms. Mix well.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the flour and mix until you obtain a paste. Gradually add the milk while stirring until you obtain a creamy sauce. Pour it over the gratin and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
