– 1/2 lb cooked chicken, diced
– 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
– 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
– 1/2 cup diced celery
– 1/4 cup chopped onion
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, pasta, bell pepper, celery, and onion until combined.
