Grandma’s Style Chicken Thighs with Cookéo

This recipe is a quick and easy way to make delicious chicken thighs with the help of your Cookéo. It’s an adaptation of grandma’s classic recipe, made in record time!

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in the Cookéo bowl. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 8 minutes at 200°C, stirring occasionally. Then add the chopped onion and garlic, along with the paprika and thyme. Continue cooking for 5 minutes at 200°C. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
