This sautéed chicken recipe is my grandmother’s recipe – it always brings back memories of home! This is a simple recipe, but it packs a lot of flavor and makes for a great meal.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chicken breasts and season with the oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve warm.
