Grandma’s Roasted Chicken Recipe

This is a classic roasted chicken recipe, with all the delicious flavors of grandma’s kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over the entire surface of the chicken.
  4. Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
