This is a classic roasted chicken recipe, with all the delicious flavors of grandma’s kitchen.
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place chicken in a roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over the entire surface of the chicken.
- Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
