Ganache à l’eau au Thermomix

This ganache à l’eau recipe is perfect for cakes, cupcakes and other desserts. It’s made with just 2 ingredients and takes minutes to make in the Thermomix.


  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 150ml boiling water


  1. Place the dark chocolate into the mixing bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 50°C on speed 2.
  2. Add the boiling water to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute on speed 5.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula and mix again for 1 minute on speed 5.
  4. Allow to cool before using.
