Filets de Poulet Sauce Moutarde à la Truffe

This delicious recipe for Filets de Poulet Sauce Moutarde à la Truffe is a French classic. This dish combines the flavors of truffles, mustard and chicken to create a tasty meal. To make this recipe, you will need 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 shallot, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ cup dry white wine, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon, 2 tablespoons truffle oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
