Fajitas Poulet Effiloché Mayonnaise

These fajitas are a delicious and easy way to bring Mexican food to your table. With shredded chicken, mayonnaise and fresh herbs, this dish is sure to be a hit with everyone!


  • 500g chicken breast fillets, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4-6 tortillas of your choice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Warm up your tortillas while the chicken is cooking by wrapping them in a damp paper towel or heating them in a microwave oven.
  6. To assemble the fajitas, spread some mayonnaise on each tortilla then top with some of the chicken mixture.
