Croziflette is a traditional French dish and a delicious way to use leftovers. It’s a casserole of boiled potatoes, lardons, crozets (tiny pasta shapes), cheese and cream. Here’s how to make it!


  • 500g potatoes
  • 200g lardons
  • 250g crozets
  • 150g grated cheese
  • 100ml cream


  1. Boil the potatoes for around 10 minutes, until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the lardons in a pan until crispy.
  3. Cook the crozets according to the package instructions.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  5. Drain the potatoes and cut into thick slices.
  6. In an ovenproof dish, layer the potatoes, lardons, crozets and grated cheese.
  7. Pour over the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
