Croziflette is a traditional French dish and a delicious way to use leftovers. It’s a casserole of boiled potatoes, lardons, crozets (tiny pasta shapes), cheese and cream. Here’s how to make it!
Ingredients:
- 500g potatoes
- 200g lardons
- 250g crozets
- 150g grated cheese
- 100ml cream
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes for around 10 minutes, until tender.
- Meanwhile, fry the lardons in a pan until crispy.
- Cook the crozets according to the package instructions.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Drain the potatoes and cut into thick slices.
- In an ovenproof dish, layer the potatoes, lardons, crozets and grated cheese.
- Pour over the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
