Croquettes aux restes de poulet rôti

Making croquettes with leftover roast chicken is a great way to use up any leftovers and make a delicious snack. This recipe takes about an hour to make, but the end result is worth it.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop the cooked chicken into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden-brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
