Croissant au poulet et au fromage à l’ail et aux fines herbes

These croissants are a delicious snack or light meal. They are filled with chicken, cheese, garlic, and herbs – all wrapped up in a buttery and flaky croissant dough.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, oregano), finely chopped
  • 4 croissants (homemade or store-bought)
  • Butter, for brushing on the croissant dough

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cheese, garlic, and herbs. Divide the mixture evenly among the four croissants.

Brush the outside of each croissant with a bit of butter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot and enjoy!
