Coriander Balls

These coriander balls are a delicious and easy snack to make.

  • 1 cup of ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
