This delicious Clementine Gratins recipe is a great way to make the most of seasonal clementines. The combination of sweet clementines, creamy cream and crunchy biscuit topping makes for a perfect winter dessert.
- 4 clementines
- 4 tablespoons of caster sugar
- 100ml double cream
- 1 packet of digestive biscuits (crushed)
Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Peel and slice the clementines into thin rounds and place them in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the sugar and pour over the cream.
Mix together the crushed biscuits and sprinkle over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or clotted cream.
