- 120g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of orange zest
- 3 mandarins, peeled and segmented
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Once melted, add the butter, honey, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Add the mandarin segments and stir until evenly distributed.
Using two teaspoons, scoop out small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.
When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, sprinkle with icing sugar or cocoa powder, and enjoy!
