Chicken Wings With Sweet and Sour Sauce

These chicken wings are the perfect combination of sweet and sour. The marinade ensures that the wings stay moist and tender, while the sauce gives them a rich flavor. Serve these wings with a side of rice or veggies for a complete meal.


  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


  1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, rice vinegar and garlic. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  5. Place the chicken wings onto the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
