Chicken Thighs with Chorizo

This delicious dish combines the succulent taste of chicken thighs with the smoky, spicy flavors of chorizo. The result is a flavorful and satisfying meal that is sure to please.


  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 8 ounces chorizo sausage, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the chorizo and cook for another 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Add the smoked paprika and cayenne pepper (if using) and stir to combine.
