Chicken Skewers with Spices and Avocado Lime Mayonnaise

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime


  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
