- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
