Chicken Skewers Moroccan Style (Low Carb)

These delicious chicken skewers are a great twist on the classic Moroccan flavors, with a low-carb twist. With just a few simple ingredients, this easy dinner is sure to become a family favorite. Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, ginger, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and stir until everything is evenly combined.

Thread the chicken onto skewers and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
