- 1 package store-bought puff pastry dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
Unroll puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal squares. Place 1/4 of the filling in the center of each square. Fold one corner over to meet the opposite corner, forming a triangle shape. Press to seal edges shut. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
